Made My Day!

I was totally having a crappy day today with all the stress amounting. So I took a break from writing my paper and went to Yogaberry. This totally made my day! Yummy! :)

Fun is over. Now back to the dreaded paper! :(

End of Spring Break Recap & New Layout!!

I decided that I wanted to try out a new layout for my blog. I have been messing around testing out new things last night and this morning and this is what I have liked the best. What do you think? Any tips or suggestions?

So it is officially the last day of last ever Spring Break! How sad!! Even though all I did was hang around Tallahassee, work, and go home to Jacksonville for a few days, it was still very un-stressful and enjoyable! I spent Friday-Tuesday here in Tallahassee and then decided to make the drive home on Wednesday for a few days. I didn't tell my parents and showed up at my mom's preschool class and surprised her! She flipped out!! It was great! She was so excited to see me and that made me happy! All of her kids are absolutely adorable! I want to take all of them home with me! hehe.

Thursday was spent being super lazy due to the lousy weather. So Rusty and I bonded on the couch all day! Isn't he just adorable? I miss him when I'm not home!

Friday, my mom and I had lunch and went shopping at the St. Johns Town Center! Oh how I love that place!! I had to get a wedding gift at Pottery Barn for the wedding next weekend and I also bought a few other unnecessary things for me! I don't think I can ever come away from the Town Center empty handed...it's just impossible!!

Then Saturday I went to lunch at Red Elephant and then headed back to Tally! So far today I went to the gym and had a very intense workout...which I needed! Especially after not going to the gym for 2 days and eating no-so-good while at home! I also ran into the grocery store to pick up a few things...and lookie what I found!!

Aren't they cute?! I made sure to buy two! Who knew Publix could have such cute market bags?! Love them!

I still have to finish writing my 15 page CFA paper! ughhh! Hope you all have a great day and a FABULOUS week!!

FSU Diploma List

Lately I have been thinking a lot about graduation and the memories I have made here at FSU...and boy are they great! But I realized that there are also somethings that I have yet to do that I want to do before I graduate on May 1st...or at least before I leave Tallahassee for good in August. So I have come up with my list of things I still have left to do and also a list of the things that are checked off my list. Here it is:

It's been fun thinking about the fun things that I've done while here at FSU...I sure am going to miss it. Graduation will definitely be bittersweet!

I Love Not Having Class!

It is my Spring Break from school, but not work (stinks, but oh well!) and I am loving not having class...it's nice to not be stressing out over assignments! If you didn't already know, I work part time at an elementary school. Sadly they are still in school and their spring break isn't for a few more weeks...so that means that I still have to work. But the good thing is that I do get Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off! I have yet to decide what I will do with my days off. Not sure if I want to maybe go home to Jacksonville for a couple days or just stick around here. Pretty much all of my friends are on cruises or relaxing somewhere tropical...so jealous! But I will say that I have enjoyed how empty this city is due to everyone leaving town! The gym is basically empty everyday and there is NO traffic....so nice!

This past weekend was nice and relaxing. On Friday after work, my roomie Meghan and I went to dinner and hung out for awhile. Saturday we woke up and went for a morning workout at the gym and then ran errands. Then Saturday night we decided to go out , we ended up going to Level 8 (I think it may be my new favorite place) and it was fun. There were a bunch a politicians there because they are in session, so that was interesting. haha. But here's a picture of us at Level 8.


Sunday was awesome! I went to church and then got in an awesome workout at the gym before heading to Lake Ella and relaxing in the gorgeous weather! It was absolutely beautiful out! I loved it! I hope this great weather continues...I could totally get used to it!

A Great End to the Month of February!

I had such a fun weekend! Saturday night I went out with the girls to celebrate our friend Ashleigh's 23rd birthday! Oh did that turn out to be one crazy night! We went to dinner at Mori's, then went out to the Tennessee Strip to Bullwinkle's and Yianni's! So much fun!! Here are some pictures from the night....

I have a crazy week ahead! Tons of work to do and a couple big midterms! But the great thing is that Spring Break is only 3 days away!! I hope you all have a great week!!

Help!! I need advice!!

Graduation is in 63 days!!

I have been thinking a lot lately about what I am going to do and where I am going to go after I graduate in May. I honestly have no idea where to even begin!! Help! A good part of me wants to just go and move somewhere completely new and on my own for once! But then there is a little part of me that thinks that is crazy and wants to stay in my comfort zone...aka move back to Jacksonville. What do I do!?!?? Also where the heck do I start in going about looking for a job? I feel so lost and clueless and I don't like it!! I feel like I am currently very limited in my options because I have no money to just go somewhere without having a job lined up. My parents completely support me (even though I do work part time) and I am completely used to it. I only have a few more months to figure this all out!! Ok I am like having a little freak out right now...but so much has been on my mind lately! So overwhelming! HELP!!! Anyone have any suggestions???

Busy Week!

I just realized that I haven't posted since Sunday. Oops!! I have had SO much school work to do this week that it has been pretty much impossible to squeeze in posting. I don't really have much to say right now (shocking I know!), but I will post the rest of the birthday pictures that I mentioned the other day! I promise to post something more interesting in the next day or so, once I can get school work off the brain and get creative!







My parents are driving through Tally tomorrow morning on their way to Biloxi! I get to have breakfast with them, can't wait!

Birthday Weekend Recap!

I had such a fabulous birthday weekend!! My birthday was Friday and my parents came in town for my birthday! My parents took me and my roomie Katy to lunch at Gordos (soo yummy!) and then for pedicures! It was great! Then me, my parents, Meghan, and Katy went to dinner Bonefish. I got a pomegranate martini and the tilapia with mango salsa and steamed asparagus...it was delicious! We then went to Cafe Cabernet for drinks and about 10 of my friends showed up..it was a lot of fun! It was definitely a great birthday!

Saturday I spent shopping and relaxing for the most part and then my parents left and went back to Jacksonville. Then last night a group of us went out. We decided to go to Level 8 Lounge at Hotel Duval. It was awesome! By far the nicest bar in Tallahassee! It is super upscale and fancy, they have a strict dress code, it is on the 8th floor of the hotel and overlooks downtown Tallahassee. It has a great view and it is half inside and half outside. I loved it. I can't wait to go back!! Here are some pictures from last night...

I'm 22!!

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!! I am soo excited for today! It is going to be a fantastic day! About to head to the gym before my parents come into town and the fun begins!
